6 days until Christmas! I enjoy our family tradition of staying home for the holidays. So when we learned that Christmas this year was on a Sunday, the immediate reaction wasn’t perhaps very Christian. ‘Jesus seems to be crashing his own bithday party here, right?’ and ‘Mary can’t hold the baby in one more day’. All joking aside though; this has served as a beautiful reminder that Emmanuel was born to be with us. What better way to celebrate than with the congregation of brothers and sisters in Christ?
