Ongoing progress and participation in reading challenges throughout the year 2024.
Quick Guide
Goodreads 2024 Reading Progress
To keep my annual reading goals low pressure and focused on fun, I’ve adopted a scaling system to track my progress. I set my Goodreads goal to 10 books at the beginning of the year, and when that’s accomplished, increase the goal by an additional 10.
Middle Grade Carousel
Middle Grade Carousel is the Middle Grade book blog I co-host with my mom, CJ. I love using the challenges and games to motivate my reading and discover new books.

Thanks! I love taking on a challenge as a way to keep trying different kinds of books. It keeps me from getting stuck in a rut with my To-Read pile.

Good idea to have a sliding scale for the number of books you aim to read! Starting with a big number can take the joy out and make reading feel a bit of a chore!

It makes all the difference for me! I love being able to track my reading for the year on Goodreads but the “you are X books behind schedule!” notice was not helpful. LOL.
